Our Facilities
Green Leaf Threshing
Green Leaf Threshing (GLT) is a processing plant which processes green leaf for cigarette factory and export. This factory processes all types of tobacco leaf for cigarette use.
The plant receives raw tobacco from farmer level, which then comes to the plant for threshing. First it reaches the feed table, then maintaining the required moisture it goes to the thresher for separating the mid rib (stem) and lamina.
The separated lamina goes to the lamina dryer for drying to the required moisture level, then to the auto press for 200kg packages. Process line scrap after drying goes for 50kg bags. Finally, all products after 72 hours of cooling are sent for warehousing.
